Consultation: After you submit the form, our expert travel consultant, Kristin, will reach out to you within 24 business hours with your itinerary quote. Travel Questionnaire: After accepting the itinerary quote, you will fill out our travel questionnaire which helps us better understand exactly what you're looking for and is key to curating the best travel experience for your preferences. Custom Itinerary Creation: Once questionnaire is submitted, Kristin will curate your dream trip. This will be sent to you via email and includes: Day-by-day detailed breakdown of your itinerary (with alternatives) Accommodation Options Activities and Experiences Dining Direct booking links Google maps list specific to your itinerary A spreadsheet to track your pricing, bookings, and notes A best-travel-tips sheet for your specific destination Review and Finalize: If you’d like a complimentary 30-minute phone call to review your itinerary, Kristin is happy to assist!
